  • Once we ship an item, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim for a missing package. Most packages have insurance.
  • Typically we ship paid invoices next day, however, depending on volume it could take up to 3 business days to ship our your order. 
  • Market/preorders items will have the timeframe discussed when you are claiming the items.

    • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item, and all returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached to be accepted. Items must be postmarked back to Aimaleighs Boutique within 3 business days of initiating the return.  
    • Returns are eligible for store credit only.  
    • Myster/Sale/promo codes/clearance items, bath & body products, masks, and food items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
    • Special order/Custom items are not returnable, they are final sale.
    • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 
    • All returned items MUST contain the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email. 
    • Once the return arrives to our warehouse, please allow 14 calendar days  to process the return.

    Cancellations requests: Any cancellation requests prior to shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee due to service charges we incur that are not refunded.  Refunds are only sent to your original form of payment minus the 10% restocking fee.  If you receive a store credit then we will not charge a restocking fee.  

    Defective Items

    If you have received a defective item, please contact us at within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include details of the defect and attach pictures. We will reply within 48 business hours of receiving your email. 


    Only USD currency payments are accepted. 

    Payments can be used with Paypal, Sezzle and our Credit card processing company Shopify who accepts all major credit cards.  All these payment processing companies are secure and follow all federal guidelines.
